May 17th was chosen to commemorate the World Health Organization’s (WHO) decision to remove homosexuality from its list of mental disorders in 1990. The first IDAHO was organized in 2004. In 2009 transphobia was added to the name of the campaign and France was the first country to remove transgender from its list of illnesses.

Come dressed in a color of the rainbow and be one of our Rainbow People. Join us for activities at the Democracy Monument, Thamasat University, BTS Skytrain, and Victory Monument consecutively. Join us in our action to raise awareness against hate, whether you are an LGBTQI individual, or if you are an ally who supports the rights of LGBTQI people and would like to see the end of Homophobia Biphobia & Transphobia.
