Love Walk zum Frankfurter Engel – IDAHOBITA* 2026

Der Love Walk startet am 17. Mai 2026 um 16:30 Uhr an der Hauptwache und führt zum Frankfurter Engel. Die Aktion ist Teil des IDAHOBITA*-Aktionstags und findet in Kooperation mit dem Amt für Diversität, Antidiskriminierung und gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt (AmkA) statt. Am Ziel wird eine Kranzniederlegung und eine Kundgebung abgehalten, um ein Zeichen der Solidarität für die queere Community zu setzen. Die Veranstaltung betont die Wichtigkeit von Respekt, Vielfalt und Zusammenhalt.

Queer Flux: Visions from China – Special IDAHOBIT Screening

Queer Flux: Visions from China is a special film screening marking IDAHOBIT (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia) on 17 May 2026, 18:00–20:00, at La Mutinerie, Paris. Free entry with drinks available. Three short films exploring what visibility means when everything keeps getting interrupted – a curated programme of queer cinema from China, presented by Queer Patch as part of the Queer East Festival season.

IDAHOBITA* 2026 – Nürnberg (Kundgebung und Demo)

Am Samstag, 16. Mai 2026, veranstaltet das Bündnis gegen Trans- und Homophobie in der Metropolregion Nürnberg (BTHMN) gemeinsam mit Kunterbunt Amberg den IDAHOBIT in Nürnberg. Motto: »Kein Platz für Gewalt.« Das Programm beginnt um 14:00 Uhr am Tugendbrunnen bei der Lorenzkirche mit Reden, Vorträgen, künstlerischen Beiträgen und einem Open-Air-Gottesdienst. Gegen 17:30 Uhr startet ein Demozug über die Königstraße zum »Regenbogen« vor dem Künstler:innenhaus und weiter zum Magnus-Hirschfeld-Platz, wo ab ca. 18:00 Uhr weitere Programmpunkte folgen. Alle sind willkommen, unabhängig davon, ob sie selbst queer sind.

IDAHOBITA* 2026 – Stuttgart (Demo gegen Queerfeindlichkeit)

Am 17. Mai findet auf dem Schlossplatz Stuttgart die Demo gegen Queerfeindlichkeit zum Internationalen Tag gegen Queerfeindlichkeit (IDAHOBITA*) statt. Von 15:30 bis 17:30 Uhr erwarten euch Infostände, Gespräche, Redebeiträge und Musik. Kommt vorbei, informiert euch, zeigt Solidarität und setzt ein Zeichen gegen Diskriminierung. Veranstaltet von Stuttgart PRIDE. Alle sind herzlich willkommen.

Markt der Vielfalt – IDAHOBITA* 2026 Frankfurt

Am 17. Mai 2026 findet an der Hauptwache in Frankfurt am Main der Markt der Vielfalt im Rahmen des IDAHOBITA* statt. Organisiert von der Regenbogencrew der AIDS-Hilfe Frankfurt e.V., steht die Veranstaltung unter dem Motto ‘Sichtbarkeit braucht Sicherheit’ und setzt sich gegen Queerfeindlichkeit ein. Von 13 bis 19 Uhr gibt es Themenzelte, Infostände verschiedener queerer Vereine, ein interaktives Safe(r) Spaces Zelt sowie ein Kinder- und Essensbereich. Musikalisch begleitet das DJ-Kollektiv ‘Mitte der Gesellschaft’ ab 13 Uhr das Programm. Ziel ist es, Austausch, Information und Sichtbarkeit für die queere Community zu fördern.

Zagreb Pride Month Opening – IDAHOBIT

Zagreb Pride Month starts with a public flag‑raising for the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) on 17 May, marking visible support for LGBTIQ+ people across the city center. Rainbow, Zagreb Pride, and trans flags go up on the main flagpoles on Ban Jelačić Square, King Tomislav Square and other central spots. This ceremony has opened Pride programming since 2007 and now leads into the 25th Zagreb Pride March in June.

You can see the flags throughout the day across the central squares, with crowds, press and plenty of photo angles. The 2026 edition follows the global IDAHOBIT theme “At the heart of democracy,” highlighting queer rights as part of public life. The event is free, public and designed for community presence, visibility and solidarity with local queer communities.
