The Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines celebrated IDAHO 2018 by distributing infographic poster version of the Commission’s Protocol on ‘Handling Cases Involving Persons of Diverse SOGIE’ especially for the guidance of frontline officers.
Staff also participated in placard making in preparation for participation in Metro Manila Pride March in June. Employee-volunteer-advocates went to each office to discuss about the relevance of the celebration and the need to be capacitated on SOGIE to fully fulfill our mandate as Gender Ombud.
