IDAHOBIT 2023: Celebrating Sexual and Gender Diversities Amid Adversities

Info: As part of our organization’s observance of this year’s International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT), Harong ni Gayon Community Center will be conducting a series of activities aimed at raising awareness on the discrimination and violence against the LGBTIQ+ and at the same time to celebrate diversity and advocate for the rights of LGBTIQ+ people. The activities include a focused group discussion, a poster/slogan making session, and an online photo exhibit of LGBTIQ+ Champions of the Bicol Region. The celebration will be held on March 17, 2023, 9:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Harong ni Gayon Community Center. The general membership of Gayon Inc., the LGBTIQ+ people of Albay, and allies will be invited to attend the event as participants while the project staffs of the Free to Be Me and Voice will be facilitating the activity
