Lebanese civil society group Proud Lebanon have this week released a special video message to mark the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.
The video, which was created by members of the group to promote the message behind IDAHOT. The video features several well-known Lebanese personalities, including director Zeina Daccache and television host Fouad Yammine, as well as activists working within Lebanon.
The video particularly focuses on the need for Lebanon to respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to fight together to end the discrimination of ‘those who are different’.
