An editable Canva template based on the official illustration is available to help you promote your events. It requires only a free Canva account.
With the template, you can:
- Include event information.
- Add your logo or logos.
- Drag and drop a photo inside the heart (optional).
- Export for social media or print.
Tips for a clearer design
Keep titles short and impactful. If you need to share more information, include it in the caption of your post.
Include your time zone for online events, so participants know exactly when to join.
Use logos with clear spacing. Upload logos with transparent backgrounds if possible, and leave space around each one to avoid visual clutter.
Do not overcrowd the design. Spacing improves readability and accessibility.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the Canva template link and sign in with a free Canva account.
- Select "Use template for new design" to open your own editable copy.
- Adjust layout as needed, maintaining alignment and balance.
- Select "Share" > "Download" and choose PNG.
