On 17 May 2026, LGBT World Beside and the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) mark IDAHOBIT – the International Day Against Homo-, Lesbo-, Bi-, Trans- and Interseksefobie. Under the theme ‘You be you’, the event brings together LGBTIQ+ residents, contact persons and partners from across the Netherlands for a gathering centred on visibility, safety and connection.
