Aviation Inclusion Event to mark IDAHOBIT, co-organised by EUROCONTROL and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) at EUROCONTROL Headquarters, Brussels. Monday 18 May 2026, 10:00–16:30 CEST. This is the first European-level initiative dedicated to advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the aviation sector. Brings together industry representatives, operational actors, HR and diversity practitioners, and civil society organisations. Agenda includes keynote interventions, panel discussions and interactive sessions exploring how inclusion drives trust, performance, innovation and workforce sustainability.
