Info: The Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality (ECADE) will celebrate IDAHOTB with the launch of a Caribbean Inclusion and Diversity Training Manual, in collaboration with the Equality and Justice Alliance (EJA). 
 The event takes place via the zoom platform on May 17, 2020,  from 11 am – 12:30 pm.
ECADE is a network of organisations serving the LGBTQ+ community on the islands of the Eastern Caribbean.
The manual was produced with the financial support of Kaleidoscope Trust, through the EJA project and was a part of the Anti-iscrimination working group, led by ECADE, which facilitated the Caribbean arm of the EJA. 
This diversity training manual was designed as a tool for organisations working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer plus (LGBTQ+) persons, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and persons living with HIV (PLHIV) to educate and attempt to change beliefs and attitudes towards these communities by persons from the general population. This training manual is intended to be a flexible tool for facilitators to be able to design a training program not only based on the target audience and the sector that they are working with but the length of time they have available to them when executing the program. The manual has also been designed so that modules and sections could be printed separately to cater for specialised training that focuses on specific populations.
