Info: Kiryat Tivon city council has declared last year that IDAHO would from now on be officially mentioned by the council and in the education system. This year a series of events and activities are being done with the goal of raising awareness to the day, highlighting the support and welcoming of LGBTQ’s,  and promoting tolerance:

The council is publishing an official statement & raising the pride flag from the council building, along with Stop LGBTQphobia signs posted around the city, and public benches colored proudly! 

The education and youth systems are conducting several events, subject to the COVID social distancing regulations. Discussions on IDAHO, including artistic creations, will be held in the regional junior high. The regional high school will be focusing on LGBTQ representation in the Media. 

The town’s youth an community center will be also hosting two open Zoom events (HEBREW):
