Event: Tuesday Talk: Celebrating Gender Freedom & Love
Direction: Every Tuesday at 12pm EST the CARE Atlanta Global Innovation Huh gathers to discuss relevant and compelling topics! We hope these discussions bring us closer as we work to build deeper bonds across our communities.

On May 19th, we’ll gather to celebrate the achievements of the LGBTQIA+ community.  May 17th is the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. The date of May 17th was specifically chosen to commemorate the World Health Organization’s decision in 1990 to declassify homosexuality as a mental disorder. The Day represents a major annual landmark to draw attention to the alarming situation faced by people with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities or expressions, and sex characteristics. We’ve carefully crafted an incredible lineup of speakers who are prepared to share their experiences and insights on what it’s like to work in partnership with communities.
Date: Tuesday, May 19th
Time: 12 – 1pm EST
