Info: 📣 Torna l’evento che non puoi perdere! Quest’anno, per celebrare insieme la 𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗹’𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗳𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮, 𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗳𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮, 𝗹𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮 𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮 abbiamo voluto fare le cose in grande 🌈

➡️📅 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟴 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗼, 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝟭𝟳.𝟯𝟬, preparati a vivere un’esperienza unica nella suggestiva cornice della storica 🏰 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮.

👉 Alle 18.30, non perdere l’incontro con 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙚 (@barbiequeeer), Maestra del GIENDER ed esperta di disability studies, che ci guiderà attraverso il tema delle 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ 𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗿.

👉 Poi, lasciati trasportare dalla musica coinvolgente del 𝗗𝗝 𝗦𝗲𝘁 curato da 𝙀𝙫𝙖 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙤 (@evaromanodj), che con i suoi ritmi pop e sonorità dance ci saprà trasportare in un club queer della west coast anni ‘90.

👉 E come ciliegina sulla torta, avremo il piacere di ospitare 𝙉𝙮𝙭 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙖 (@nyxundicesima) che, grazie alle sue incredibili doti da trasformista, ci stupirà con le sue 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴.

Saranno inoltre presenti diverse realtà della zona 🤝 con banchetti e i propri materiali di autoproduzione. Un’ottima occasione per 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗶, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶 𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼!

Info: On the occasion of the 2024 International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT) and as an opening event of the upcoming 2024 Italian Pride season,
MODENA PRIDE 2024, organized by Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard” in partnership with AGEDO Bologna per l’Emilia and KELLER, on Saturday May 25, 2024, at Parco Enzo Ferrari – Lato Via Emilia Ovest (Modena).

In July 2023, Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard” started organizing the second Pride event in history of the city of Modena- the MODENA PRIDE 2024 – to be held on May 25, 2024.

Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard”, established in the year 2000, has been one of the most innovative pioneering local chapters of Arcigay, the leading Italian LGBTQIA+ not-for-profit organization. Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard” has been operating, in intersectional and intergenerational terms, as a multi-level socio-political player (awareness-raising entity and service provider) to the benefit of the whole citizenship of the city and province of Modena for 24 years to date.

The first-ever Modena Pride event took place in June 2019, and since then, Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard” has never stopped growing and evolving, progressively becoming more diverse each year.

Under the guidance of the first-ever lesbian both President and Vice President of the organization, namely Angelica Polmonari and Elisa Fraulini, appointed as the co-leaders of Arcigay Modena “Matthew Shepard” 22 years after the establishment of the organization, 30 tireless volunteers have been meeting every week to co-design and co-organise, step by step, the Modena Pride 2024, over the past months.

Modena Pride 2024 is expected to comprise:
-a 3 hours-long political Pride march for the visibility, well-being, equal opportunities and more rights of the LGBTQIA+ community along the streets of the historical city center of Modena: starting at 2h30 pm and ending at 5h30pm at Parco Ferrari;
-a 6 hours-long closing socio-cultural festival featuring speeches by high-level LGBTQIA+ rights activists, artivism and DJ-sets by queer artists from both the local and international LGBTQIA+ spheres, info-desks of partners, sponsors and allied not-for-profit organizations, a hand-made craft market showcasing friendly territorial artisans, food & beverage: starting at 5h30pm and ending at midnight at Parco Ferrari.
