FR : Cette année pour la Journée Internationale contre l’homo-, la bi- et la transphobie (IDAHOT), Amnesty International Luxembourg et le Centre LGBTIQ+ CIGALE vous invitent à signer notre pétition en ligne à défaut de pouvoir mener leur action de rue commune. Être en confinement ne veut pas dire ne pas pouvoir agir pour les droits des personnes LGBTIQ+. Les discriminations et les violences commises envers les personnes LGBTIQ+ ne se sont pas arrêtées pendant la pandémie. Au contraire, partout dans le monde nous voyons que leurs droits à l’auto-détermination, à vivre en paix et sans violence sont des acquis fragiles. L’appel de l’IDAHOT cette année est de « BRISER LE SILENCE » : nous demandons de briser le silence chaque fois que les droits et les vies des personnes appartenant aux minorités sexuelles et de genre sont en danger.
Cette année nous nous mobilisons pour Youlia Tsvetkova, militante féministe et artiste russe, qui fait l’objet de poursuites et de manœuvres de harcèlement pour avoir défendu les droits des femmes et des personnes LGBTI. EN: This year for the International Day Against Homo-, Bi- and Transphobia (IDAHOT), Amnesty International Luxembourg and the Centre LGBTIQ+ CIGALE invite you to take action and sign our online petition since we are unable to carry out our joint street action due to the pandemic. To be in confinement does not mean not being able to take action for the rights of LGBTIQ+ people. The discrimination and violence committed against LGBTIQ+ people has not stopped during the pandemic. On the contrary, all over the world we see that their rights to self-determination, and to a peaceful and violence-free living are fragile achievements. IDAHOT’s call this year is about “BREAKING THE SILENCE” : we are asking to break the silence whenever the rights and lives of sexual and gender minority people are at risk.
