And that is an act of political warfare” – Audre Lorde \nHow have we been finding ourselves and our communities in recent days? Audre Lorde reminds us that self-care and collective care are inseparable parts of our resistance. In commemoration of IDAHOBIT 2026\, PurpleCode Collective and Kolektif Merawat Ingatan present a space to share stories\, feelings\, and hopes about the interweaving of care and resistance by watching and reflecting on the documentary A Litany for Survival: The Life and Work of Audre Lorde (1995\, Third World News Reel\, restored version) and a short film compilation by Koalisi Kebebasan Berserikat (KKB). \nThe session will continue with a creative response activity co-facilitated by the organizers\, where participants are encouraged to respond to the life and works of Audre Lorde and the three short films through writing\, creating\, or other forms of response.
