This online information event is an open and inclusive space for people from LGBT communities, and allies, who are interested in learning more about LGBT rights and how we can all be\u00a0<em>a<\/em><em>t the heart of democracy<\/em><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The online link and agenda will be emailed prior to the event. For more information please email info@forumplus.org.uk<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"https:\/\/may17.org\/idahobit\/\" href=\"https:\/\/may17.org\/es\/idahobit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-msys-clicktrack=\"0\" data-airgap-id=\"38\">IDAHOBIT<\/a>, observed annually on 17th May, commemorates the 1990 decision by the World Health Organization to remove homosexuality from its International Classification of Diseases.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>First celebrated in 2005, the day has grown into a truly global community moment demanding action to ensure LGBTQ+ people can exercise their rights. We host social support groups which celebrate LGBT life in the local community and help to reduce social isolation and loneliness. Our charity provides support services to LGBT+ victims of hate crime and work to improve community safety.
