K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n kuzeyinde de dahil olmak \u00fczere, D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren nefret su\u00e7lar\u0131, homofobi, transfobi ve bifobi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden gizlenmek zorunda kalan herkes i\u00e7in ses \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n
2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda da h\u00e2l\u00e2, LGBT\u0130+’lar g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131nmakta, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve nefret sistematik olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmekte ve temel insan haklar\u0131m\u0131z tehdit alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ancak biliyoruz: Kuir bir hayat, rengarenk ve direni\u015fi \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f bir hayatt\u0131r. A\u015fk\u0131n, kimli\u011fin, varolu\u015fun su\u00e7 say\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; herkesin kendini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ifade edebildi\u011fi bir d\u00fcnya hayal de\u011fil, hakt\u0131r. Bu y\u0131l da birbirinden zengin i\u00e7erikleriyle yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z etkinliklerle, dan\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n
Bu y\u0131l\u0131n temas\u0131 olan \u201cBask\u0131 Tek Renktir, Direni\u015f G\u00f6kku\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u201d ile LGBT\u0130+ olman\u0131n g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne zorla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu zamanlar i\u00e7in dik duruyor ve direniyoruz. Herkes i\u00e7in daha adil, daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve daha \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir gelecek i\u00e7in bir araya geliyoruz.<\/p>\n

\nOnce again this year, we are raising our voices for solidarity, pride, and existence by bringing together all the colours of the rainbow. As part of the 17 May 2025 Pride events, we take to the streets to demand justice, equality, and freedom. We speak out for everyone who feels forced into the closet due to rising hate crimes, homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia, both in the northern part of Cyprus and all around the world.
\nEven in 2025, being LGBTI+ rendered invisible, while discrimination and hatred persist as systematic threats to our fundamental human rights. But we know: a queer life is one that is colourful and has learned to resist. A world where love, identity, and existence are not treated as crimes, and where everyone can express themselves freely, is not a dream; it is a right.<\/p>\n
With this year\u2019s theme\u2014\u201cOppression Is One Color, Resistance Is a Rainbow\u201d\u2014we stand tall and resist in the face of increasingly hostile conditions for queer existence. We unite for a fairer, more inclusive, and freer future for all.<\/p>\n
The march will start on 17 May at 18:30 in front of Suitex and will end with a party at Lefkeliler Inn.<\/p>\n
Together we are stronger.
\nTogether we are more visible.
\nTogether we exist.
